Submission Process
Manuscript Preparation
Format Requirements
- •File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX
- •Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
- •Line spacing: Double-spaced throughout
- •Margins: 2.5 cm (1 inch) on all sides
- •Page numbers: Bottom center of each page
- •Word limit: 6000-8000 words (excluding references)
Manuscript Structure
- 1.Title page (title, authors, affiliations, contact info)
- 2.Abstract (250-300 words)
- 3.Keywords (4-6 keywords)
- 4.Introduction
- 5.Methodology/Materials and Methods
- 6.Results and Discussion
- 7.Conclusion
- 8.References (APA, Harvard, or IEEE style)
Figures and Tables
Figures
- • High resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
- • JPEG, PNG, or TIFF format
- • Each figure on a separate page
- • Numbered consecutively (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.)
- • Include descriptive captions
- • Referenced in text
Tables
- • Editable format (not images)
- • Each table on a separate page
- • Numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
- • Include title above the table
- • Include notes below the table if needed
- • Referenced in text
Ethical Considerations
Plagiarism
All submissions undergo plagiarism screening. Proper citation of all sources is mandatory. Self-plagiarism is also checked.
Data Integrity
Ensure all data is authentic and accurately represented. Fabrication or falsification of data will result in rejection.
Authorship
All listed authors must have made significant contributions. All contributors must be acknowledged appropriately.
